With nearly a decade of experience and hundreds of deals closed, I know that real estate is personal. I start with a simple question: “How can I help?” Then I build a strategy designed around your goals.
I’m a real estate investor and house hacker with a background in law, which means I bring both financial instincts and sharp negotiation skills to every deal. I’ve lived through two major real estate booms in three fast-moving cities, and I know how to spot value early, whether it’s a forever home, a smart upsize, or a renovation opportunity.
I work with clients at every stage, but I especially love helping people who are ready for something new, whether that means relocating to Chicago, upsizing, or making a fresh start. Clients describe me as intuitive and steady under pressure. I simplify complex decisions and bring calm when it counts most.
Outside of client work, I’m usually knee-deep in a renovation project, biking the lakefront, or hosting a dinner party. My Southern roots gave me an eye for beautiful, intentional spaces, and I love helping clients see the potential in theirs.
