Jon was simply amazing! He spent hours discussing what I was looking for and the lifestyle I wanted in Chicago. His guidance helped me understand what I needed and where I wanted to be. I had never lived in Chicago and needed his expertise. He routinely sent listings that fit my criteria. I was actually living out of the country. When I was able to fly to the States, Jon had 14 showings scheduled in three specific areas of the city. Since so much research had been done prior to my trip, I was able to make a selection very quickly after viewing the properties. The property needed renovations but Jon assured me he would assist. He was instrumental in negotiating a price below listing! After the closing he found a contractor to do the renovations and continued to play a major role in getting me the lake view home I’d always dreamt about.
